Data Deletion Instructions

Any user, client, or authorized business representative may request the deletion of personal information or Meta Platform Data processed by David Rambelt Agency LLC.

How to Request Deletion

• Email: admin@davidrambeltagency.com
• Subject: “Data Deletion Request”
• Required information: full name, company name (if applicable), email address, and sufficient information to identify the relevant account, integration, lead, or interaction.
• If related to Meta: identify the Facebook Page, Instagram business account, advertising account, or other relevant business asset.

What Happens Next

We may request reasonable information to verify your identity or authority. After verification, we will delete or de-identify the personal information and/or Meta Platform Data that we control and that is no longer necessary for the service. We will also instruct relevant service providers to delete applicable data when required and reasonably possible.

Exceptions

We may retain limited information when necessary to comply with the law, maintain security or fraud prevention records, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, or establish, exercise, or defend legal claims. Any retained information will be strictly limited to what is necessary for those purposes.
